This work included four separate test kitchen and demonstration areas as well as adjacent storage and support areas. One of the test kitchens was oriented toward the company’s commercial foodservice clients and included a full stainless steel facility with adjustable height conference/worktables. A second facility was designed as a mock deli to help demonstrate product use and display for their retail clients. The third facility was a multi-station residential test kitchen designed for flexibility and large group collaboration. The project also included a demonstration conference room which allows the test kitchen staff to train and educate sales personnel.
