Maple Grove Hospital is an acute care facility planned in conjunction with Fairview Health Systems and North Memorial Healthcare. The patient service methodology is room service. The kitchen is planned for a future expansion to 138 patients and the cafeteria for 450-550 transactions at lunch. There is an Ambulatory Care Clinic and Medical Office Building that are physically attached to the hospital. The work included functional and space programming, design development and contract documents. Foodservice planning included estimating space requirement for the future expansion of the foodservice into soft space adjacent.

The overall design, using the Green Guide for Health Care and registered with the U.S. Green Building Council, created a hospital in which patients, staff and family can embrace wellness through transformation, growth, strength and support.
